The creation of a new fast railway network :
In addition to line A connecting Tunis to Borj Cedria, the railway network will include four new lines C, D, E and F + It :

• The line C establishes the connection between the towns of Tunis, Jbel Jloud, Ben Arous, Bir EL Kassaâ, EL Mourouj, EL Mghira, Fouchana and Mhamdia.
• The line D connects the towns of Tunis, Mellassine, Bardo, Manouba, Douar Hicher, Cité Ettadhamen and Mnihla.
• The line E connects the towns of Tunis, Zahrouni, Sidi Hassine and Essijoumi.
• Line C'+F establishes a connection between the station of transport of the goods, marine Tunis, Bourjel Is, Charguia, Bourj El to ouzir and Northern Ariana.

Extension of the network of the light subway :
It is the extension of two lines which will go until :

• the Ennasr city via Bourjel, the city El Khadra and cities of El Menzah.
• Kheïredine via Ain Zaghouan, Sidi Daoud and Bhar Lazrag .

The installation of new stations of relay and correspondence :

The upgrade of three principal stations of correspondence located within the capital, namely the station of Barcelona, the station of goods transport and marine the Tunis station. The installation of courses specific to public transport by bus, in adequacy with the other public transport grid systems :
The creation of fourteen lines of fast buses on a section of 90 km including the following axes: Mohamed V, the Z4 roads, X, X20, trunk roads (1, 3,5,7,8,9 and 10), the western exit, the regional road 33 and the road of Raoued (RVE 533).
The construction of 16 stations of correspondence on the railway network in the following zones: Bourjel, El Aouina, Bhar Lazrag, market of Ariana, Jbel Jloud, Bir El Kassââ, Nâasene, El Mourouj, Fouchana, Me hamdia, entered from the Ennasr city, Halls of residence of Manouba, Den Den, Sidi H' ssine, El Mayou, Essijoumi.
