This day constitutes for the city an occasion to develop the various axes of the national plan of cleanliness and environmental protection like it also an occasion ....

This day constitutes for the city an occasion to develop the various axes of the national plan of cleanliness and environmental protection like it also an occasion to examine the weak points in order to find appropriate solutions.

This day presents also an occasion privileged to sensitize the citizen on the part which it can play in this field and to root at his place the civic behavior.
