  • This city park of Tunis, famous for the diversity of its fauna and its flora, remains always the first place of attraction accommodating thousands of visitors daily.

  • The Mediterranean garden 
  • This project was carried out by the Municipality of Tunis and the contribution of the AIMF, on a surface of 8.5 hectares with overall costs of about 1.500.000 dinars.


  • The Japanese garden
  • Within the framework of the Tuniso-Nipponese co-operation, the Municipality of Tunis has creates a Japanese garden with the avenue of Japan in the center town. A surface of 6000 m2 within the Mediterranean en garden was reserved for this project.


  • Municipal Seedbeds
  • The seedbed of Tunis is west of Parc View-point on the street Jeannine. It was created in 1899 on a surface of 3 hectares. The seedbed of Tunis ensures the multiplication and the culture of the plants which will be delivered to the various sectors of the city.


  • Parks and gardens
  • By granting an interest growing to the green areas, essential foundation of an urban environment of quality, Tunis deserve its denomination well the green one.


  • Zoological gardens
  • The Zoological gardens of the Town of Tunis are a scientific and cultural institution created in 1963. It, in its greater part, was conceived by German architects. Located in full heart of the capital, it currently extends on a surface from 15 hectares

  • Floral festivals
  • This demonstration taking place each year in June, is a great exposure which joined together nursery gardeners of the decorative plants, schoolboys, the citizens amateurs of the decorative plants and admirors of nature. It is about a large market of flowers, decorative plants and accessories of gardening.
