It was a “Makhzen” of one of the old residences of the Medina of Tunis. The “Makhzen” used formerly as stable and deposit with provisions was arranged in 1974 in a cultural club. The house “Dar Lasram” was built at dawn XIX ème century. The part which was used for the dwelling finds on the first floor, whereas the “Makhzen” occupies rez it of roadway. It is necessary to appreciate the vaults of the “naked brick and stone Makhzen” of Kairouan.
