In 1996, the inheritance of Dar El Jeld increases by the acquisition of a close house, located on the opposite side of the same street. Its foundation goes back to the beginning of the XX ème century, it is modest proportions.

The genius of the same architect made a masterpiece of it: covering the floors with nobles coatings, while respecting the ancient style, adding to that a happy innovation on the floor by arranging broad bars abolishing accepted the name of Diwan Dar El Jeld (in 1997) and the effect of corridor which gave the long and narrow parts, as well as a room of banquets equipped with broad a panaria receiving the light of outside.

This framework accommodates regularly exposures of painting, of sculpture, books expositions , music concerts.

Rooms of exposure-sale offer art books and artisanal objects top-of-the-range. All the artisanal sectors are represented: the jewelry, the weaving of wool or silk, ceramics and perfumery.
