Founded by Ali Pasha into 1168/1754 -1755, it is dedicated in memory of his/her Slimane son, died poisoned by his/her brother. It is a médersa of rite hanéfite, located close to Souk Al Kach-Chachine. The first professor who taught there was Mohamed Al Ghariani. It is composed of a porch, a driba (hall), a masjid whose higher walls are covered with stucco (naqch hadida), of cells of dwelling for the students around a court with open sky as well as one 1st stage (classroom and of reading, etc) It is currently occupied by associations with medical vocation.
